Hi, I'm Brynn Johnson, founder of Johnson Consulting Company and a passionate advocate for food safety, innovation, and practical solutions in food manufacturing.
With over a decade of experience in food science and quality assurance, I specialize in helping small and growing food brands bring safe, shelf-stable, and compliant products to market. My background includes leadership in thermal processing, HACCP, FDA/USDA compliance, and product commercialization across a range of food categories—from dairy to acidified foods.
After working in both technical and operational roles at companies like Schreiber Foods, Hilmar Cheese Company, and Ponder Foods, I launched Johnson Consulting Company to provide expert support in:
